Human and devoted to serving the community, I stand out through my attentive listening, compassion, and authentic presence. My approach is person‑centered, honoring each individual’s rhythm and uniqueness. As a well‑being guide and a helping‑relationship therapist in training, I offer a safe and nurturing space where one can settle, understand themselves, and move forward on a path toward deep and lasting well‑being.

 

 

I am also a facilitator in transgenerational memory release, a process that allows individuals to explore and transform inherited—often unconscious—patterns that influence their emotions, relationships, and life choices. Through breathwork (conscious breathing), I guide people in using the breath as a powerful tool for emotional release, stress regulation, and reconnection with themselves.

As a yoga and meditation teacher, I integrate mindful and embodied practices that foster grounding, balance, and harmony between body and mind. My intention is to guide each person toward greater clarity, inner freedom, and alignment with their deepest values.

Breathwork, or conscious breathing, is a powerful practice that invites you to explore the depth of your own breath to release stress, balance your energy, and support overall well‑being. Through guided breathing techniques, you are led into an inner journey that frees physical and emotional tensions, opening the way to a more conscious, vibrant, and fulfilling life

As a well‑being guide and a helping‑relationship therapist in training, I offer a safe, caring, and non‑judgmental space for deep listening. I support individuals in better understanding themselves, navigating their challenges, and reconnecting with their inner strength.
